Who We Are
Deo Gloria LLC opened In-Home Tutors Orlando to serve the Central Florida region in 2007. We pioneered in-home tutoring when we launched In-Home Tutors Atlanta in 2002. Our Orlando branch was followed by offices in Detroit and Connecticut in 2008, Nashville in 2009 and Dallas in 2010. Since then we have focused our expansion goals on our HomeworkCoach division. HomeworkCoach is a niche tutoring agency, serving children with ADHD and Executive Function challenges. We have served more than 8,500 students across all regions.
About Our Founders
In-Home Tutors is wholly owned by Deo Gloria LLC. Deo Gloria was founded by Dennis and Deelee Freeman, who have lived in the Atlanta area since 1996. Dennis has an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. Deelee has an M.A. in Communications from the University of Denver. They have two children in the Cobb County school system and two in college.
Our Florida Regional Manager
In-Home Tutors Orlando is managed by Krysta DeMilio. A lifelong resident of Central Florida, Krysta obtained a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining us, Krysta served as Regional Manager of A-to-Z Tutoring.
Our Mission
Our mission and business model is built on helping our clients one-by-one. We are not a computer marketplace, where you select a tutor from a huge database and hope they will contact you. Instead, we will listen carefully to your requirements and choose the best tutor we have who meets your needs. And we will personally follow up after the first lesson, to make sure we have a good fit.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide personalized and effective support to all parents concerned about their children’s education. That could mean homeschool assistance, remedial tutoring or enrichment for children that need to be challenged. It often means help for children who are struggling in school, whether because of learning disabilities, neurodivergent learning styles, or medical disruptions to their schooling. We are committed to helping them succeed.
